Absolutely! We understand that customers may have unique requirements. We currently support two types of customization:

1. Made To Order:

We provide a collection of customized products, all styles in it can be customized, and the minimum order quantity for each style is 10 pieces.

2. Small Batch:

If you have your own design drawings or you want to develop your own styles, we can also provide custom-made services on our side, with a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces per style.

For size customization, we offer international standard size customizationand the specific size chart can be viewed on each product detail page. For color and design customization, you can contact our customer service team, who will work with you to turn your vision into reality. Custom orders may incur additional fees and delivery times, depending on the complexity of the request.

What materials are used for the dresses? Are they of high quality?

We are committed to using high-quality materials for our dresses. The materials vary depending on the type and style of the dress. Common materials include silk, chiffon, satin, lace, and polyester. All our materials are carefully selected to ensure durability, comfort, and an excellent appearance. Packaging:

Standard packaging includes our own plastic bags and sturdy cardboard boxes, which are labeled with UK and EU representative information for compliance.
Transparent, unbranded plastic bags are also available upon request for a minimalist or customized look.

Hangtags:

Default hangtags feature our brand logo and essential product details.
We can replace the hangtag with your brand logo or design - you need to provide the hangtag.

Garment Labels:

Our dresses come with standard brand labels sewn into the garments.
For wholesale or custom orders, we can replace these with your own brand labels, ensuring a seamless branded experience for your customers (please contact our team to discuss customization requirements).

Do you offer bulk discounts for wholesale orders?

Yes, we offer competitive bulk discounts for wholesale orders. The discount amount depends on the quantity of dresses you order. The more you buy, the higher the discount. Are shipping fees and taxes included in the listed prices?

No, the listed prices on our website do not include shipping fees and taxes. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method you choose.
